poorly sounding K11 1.0 2001 model

Hi guys

My neighbours 2001 k11 1.0 engine light came on today, also it feels sluggish and sounds 'a bit rumbly' when revved any ideas guys

any help appriciated

Could be the tb on the way out, water in the coil packs.

Best bet is to get it to Nissan or a independent and hook it up to the pc as it will give the answer straight away

mk4 k11's run bosch multitronic ecu's and have coil packs rather than dizzy's. Mileage counter became digital as well.
