PARKER LIGHT PROBLEM!!!! HELP

right im sorry if i put this thread in the rong location!

but i have an annoying little thing with my parkers,

when the engine is off and i turn on parkers they work just fine

but when i turn on they engine and turn on the parkers my parkers and dipped headlights cum on to

this annoys me because i like driven on my parkers as there led and look cool tippin about town,

all help is appriciated once its not ****, as i think its only a small problem
