No news?

I've not been lazy!
Work wise the car is as it was in my last blog entry but I've been piling up the parts for it. Now we are coming up to the quieter part of the year I should be able to get stuck in to it.
In order of importance, heres the 'To do' list as of tonight....

Body

Replace rear outer and inner sill, N/S

Cut out badly repaired N/S/R floor section and repair as necessary

Finish removing sound deadening/underseal and basic seam welding

Remove bonnet/boot strengthening

Fit rollcage

Make and fit polycarbonate windows

Brakes

Replace all brake pipes, reroute inside car

Fit Pulsar GTI-R discs/pads/calipers

Fit calipers to rear

Connect up hydraulic handbrake

Fit braided brake lines

Suspension

Fit adjustable panhard rod

Modify Daewoo front legs, fit adjustable top mounts etc.

Replace front suspension arms with nylon bushes

Modify and fit strut braces

Align everything so the car drives nicely and doesn't burn tyres out

Engine

Modify and fit 1.6 throttle body

Fit 1.6 injectors

Fit adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Fix Apexi fuel computer

Get it all to work effectively!

Buy Janspeed or similar manifold & make exhaust system

Remove non essentials from engine bay

Other stuff

Make mountings for Cobra seats

Cut out non essential stuff from wiring

Fit battery and fuel cut out switches

Have serious rust/dents/second rate welding tidied and painted

MOT and transfer number plate  M18CRA

That covers the parts I already have for the car. No doubt I'll buy other stuff before I'm done!

Although I've not done much on the Micra I have managed to build a Daewoo Nascar (See general thread) and convert my long suffering Corolla into a bright orange van with nice alloys (Pics/thread coming soon!)
