neutral switch?

does my march 1.3 have a neutral switch? could this be the reason it wont start?

an auto has an inhibitor switch which will cut the starter emmet, but i can unplug my manual neutral switch and still drive ok

March with auto box has an inhibitor switch that cuts the power to the starter if its not in P or N, the wires a very thick as the power goes through them instead of having a relay, just wire them together to bypass it, but on a manual box i dont see how i could affect the engine starting...

Do you want me to take some pics of the March wiring? Im still instaling the wiring on a SuperS, so not really hidden atm...

What pics do you need mate?

BTW, my March doesnt have a nut for the starter solenoide wire, its just a connector with a thick wire, you may need to remove that connector to wire a +12v cable directly from the battery to make another test and check if the solenoid is good...
