N11 Conversion to accept an SR20DE engine

Looking to purchase an K11 not N11 as stated !! with a view to fitting an SR20DE from a primera, anyone know what problems I will encounter ?
Better still anyone already done this conversion, i need all the help i can get !

N11 or K11?
Aren't many N11 around these days, rust... Last one I drove was a courtesy car from a panel beaters just about 10 years ago (referred to it as the discourtesy car, shocks were stuffed & just a pig to drive).

Just a side note - anyone know where you can get that gauge cluster from? Doesn't look too bad

The clocks are from a 1.25 zetec fiesta freestyle !
