my mostly stock, slow and ghetto K11

yo guys

ive had my k11 about a year and its constantly evolving
its a 1995 pre facelift, 1.0 lowest spec model, it came with colour coded bumpers and side strips and weird 3 spoke hubcaps

excuse the crappy pics

also had a rather minor collision, ended up with a black bumper and red bonnet. i wasnt gonna rock the red so now it looks like this -

have since added these -

and a matte black wraparound super S spoiler, i'll get some pics with these on.

mod list so far -

* partially stripped interior (all seats retained however all carpets, all non essential trim and door cards are binned)

* sawn off the section of the skinny intake pipe connected to the airbox inlet. cold air is still fed to the engine bay but not directly into the airbox to reduce the restriction and added induction noise :)

* holes drilled in airbox cuz im a dirty chav and i like the noise

to come?

* 1.6 airbox and tb, 1.3 cams

* lower profile tyres

* lots of lowering. not sure how i'm gonna go about doing that, possibly cut springs, possibly daewhoo matiz lowering springs on the front and pajero springs on the rear. yes i'm aware an 80mm drop is impractical but i like the look, and handling is important to me

* uprated manifold, either janspeed or one of franks specials :) going into 2" straight pipe, possibly with a cherry bomb as a tailpipe, or using a cherry bomb as a decat pipe.

* kouki tailights and import plates.

* some kind of vaguely sporty drivers seat, impreza wrx maybe, along with a small dished steering wheel :)

a question - is an adjustable panhard rod a neccesity when lowering?

Looks almost as stock as my 2000 k11.

You should get the standard steels banded and keep them.

I do not know why they cut the springs so to have a big drop when they have the option of coil overs and is equal to or lower and secure ...

looks nice man. and the plas sound good aswell, canny go wrong with a white micra on its arse. :D. the panhard rod is pretty usefull yeh, any more than -35mm and you should really look at gettin one, because it throws the rear away out of line whith a big drop.
