missing on full throttle? what could it be?

as above, when i put full throttle down its starts missing, it does it sometimes on light throttle, but always on full.

the fuel filter isnt blocked, ive changed the dizzy and leads, had plugs out and cleanned them.

its really annoying me now and i think its got worse, its a 1.3 yet it goes like a 1.0 its holding back like mad!

could it be fuel pump? injector fault? thorottle body? new plugs?

i thought i would ask because i dont want the spend anymoney buying stuff that wont cure it.

anyone had simlair experiances? need to know asap.

yeh its got a k&n ontop of the tb.. but it used to miss before i fitted it :S

great way to lose 5+hp some t/b and intake mods work fine for a while, then the longterm fuel trim errors kick in

yeh iam gonna fit standard box back on, k and n is rubbish haha. i used to have a green cotten panel filter in standard airbox was much better!

so what you reckonin frank? lol its asif somthing is breaking down. i might pull some sensors off clean em.

mine pulls like a 1.0 if i run it lean, but if it still does it with the stock airbox etc on then maybe a maf or fuel supply problem eh

i reckon its MAF tbh, if not that fuel pump faulty. best get myself a throttle body.

Carb clean that TB! (If the more experienced members have no issues with doing that? I've carb cleaned several maps/mafs/icvs etc and always had good results!

Halfords carb cleaner, i lav it!
