Micra running wierd

Been trying to figure this micra out for some time, sorted out a video to help with the diagnosing

I have cleaned the IAV and checked and placed the O ring properly with WD40 and removed the waxstat mech.
it used to rev really high when cold upto 2500rpm on and off until warm.. but its ok since removing the waxtstat and cleaning the IAV.

As the video shows the exhaust is popping and the car stalls sometimes but not always. The car went for an MOT and failed on emissions... i didnt get an emissions sheet but a failure sheet saying " Exhaust emissions Lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits (7.3.D.4)

did you get her sorted out i would say it sounds like the throttle body mine did the same thing thay sell new ones on ebay. I would not touch second hand ones or refurbished ones i got me fingers burned buying a second hand one for €80 not worth it. Tell me does yours stall when shes idleing or when you put pressure on the foot brake or driving in third gear mine did that now it could be another thing but i think its the throttle body.
