Manifold or no manifold ??

right hello everyone, i have just had a 1.3 engine fitted into my k11 but i want more power lol... im thinking of getting a 4-2-1 janspeed manifold but isit really worth paying £200.... what gains would i see from this ??
isit really as easy as it looks to fit it, just a case of removing bolts, removing old manifold and re-fitting new one ??

ed, i,ll get a run as it is now, then fit a stock manifold back on and have a 2nd run

been to see "our sid" and the printouts show a decent (6hp on mine) gain (like rob said )
and also an 8hp gain from my last visit to sid,s (99 to 107hp) woohoo
autosprint inlet cam ftw ! tho the fueling looked better this time with the (throttle switch) open loop at full throttle (ie, a bit of black smoke all the way through the revs, where-as last time it was belching black smoke, on and off)

aye, only 1/2 the gains of a janspeed at best, but without the rust, rasp and insurance complications eh

yes, i kept the 1st cat (and i have a 1.4 middle pipe, ie 2nd decat)
