so we know its prettymuch impossible to find any kind of ecu or similsr tuning for the micra k12
i looked ever since i purchased mine
around half year ago i did come across 1 cheap thing that can be done
its called chippower and you basicly plug it into the MAF wire socket and run the wire for the maf into the box
the box then manipulates with the maf sensor and basicly lets you adjust to air to fuel ratio
this increases responsivness on the throttle and if u adjust it enough along with a better air filter u will get a nice lil roar from your micra ad u push the pedal to the metal.
this can actually make u get a better fuel economy and claimed as high as 10% hp gain
u adjust the box by a little screw u turn = 6 x counter clock wise that equals to 1 step of tuning so to say.
this thing really works and i been loving it for the past half year to the max....
