K11 Gear stick slack/loose

Hi guys I have recently bought a k11 micra 2003 it drives fine etc however, there is a lot of play in the gear stick even in gear I can wobble it side to side a lot. My mate has the same came and his is fine. Anybody know what parts need replacing? Ta.

There is a bolt that holds the stick to the link bar going to the gearbox, see if that's loose, then the linkage to the gearbox itself..
