There is nothing wrong with changing gear or the way the car drives at all, there is just a feeling of it catching something when you move the stick, like the linkage is catching on a heatshield or such, has that sort of sound.
If you have it in neutral and wobble it side to side you can sort of feel it and hear it catching on something, it's a bit intermittent though, not always doing it.
Any ideas before i ask somebody to sit in while i put it on a curb and start to take things off one by one ?
