K11 - 1litre CG10DE - Tuning properties

just get a 1.3 turbo......its not as hard as everyone thinks...
and 200bhp is realistic with injectors and block spacers/low comp pistons and some clever machining...
go on.....go on.....go on...."its got cocain in it!"....sorry bit of father ted came out for some reason...lol

i in no way condone any drug of any sort...i dont even smoke....and alcohol is a poison not a drug!

I do love a good Father Ted episode!
1.3 TD04 turbo... 200hp? Someone may have convinced me!
Anymore takers?
Feedback please!

like i said before turbo flow!!

you can just cut the stock manifold and weld a flange to it to accomodate the turbo. This is good because its cheap to do, but stock pipe diameter is crap.

Otherwise build a nice new manifold to accomodate a turbo with increased pipe diameter, will cost a little extra but well worth it.

I've had a few crackers made up for me... the micra doesn't have much room for the type of manifold that woulf best suit it. I'd have to out a bonnet bulge or cut a hole in the bonnet to allow it. It would look REALLY neat though. Bitd just sticking out everywhere, just like the starlet I'm working on!
I'll get some pics up asap!

out of the bonnet?...what turbo you puttin on?.....its gotta be huge, cos theres no turbo in the world thats gonna suit the micra and pop out of the bonnet.

and yeah, would look cool...

It's actually just the bends in the manifold that come out of the bonnet!
It's a td04, the one from evo's and sti's and so on.
It fits JUST under the hood of the starlet. If I was to put something similar in a micra it would need some cutting or a slight bulge in the front of the bonnet!
I'll put some pictures up to show you the bends. It's a work of automotive art!

Ok, I have in my possetion:

- One CT9a Turbo
- £1500
- 1 k11 Micra cg10
- 1 impatient git (me)
- 1 lack of knowledge about the cg10

What I need:

- Link to a company that makes custom headers for turbo's!
- Info on how to do the job. (Ex. the steps like: where do i drill the block to get the oil feed from?)
- Someone to guide me though it step by step.

I'm only looking for about 15-20 hp! I just want the dump noise then to sell it on to some chav that'll probably blow it up, so I can make a profit.

Ok, let's get helping Jamie! :)

Edit: Anyone?

Or maybe a turbo set up would help 🤔 #k11boosted

id say turbo. Your car is going to end up as a high screamer with no power for regular driving which seems pointless. its never going to create massive torque either. A small turbo would see nice power and torque low down and if set up correctly it'll be as reliable as it now.
A turbocharged k11 is fun. I know as I use my k11 as a daily
