lol rasberrys yummy Err theres not a way as far as i know, heatwrapping it might deaden it a bit, retepetsir did so you could ask him if it made a difference.

imo, the rasp from the tailpipe sounds ok, its the tinny/rasp in the engine bay that i could,nt stand (i think janspeed use pi## thin tubing so that it flexes with the engine mounts) and i would think heatwrap would make a difference

i cant 100% verify this as ive only noticed it the once and never tested it properly, but lengthening the joint where the two parts clamp together seemed to alter the level of noise it created...it could have been a coincidence, but there was a noise difference between mine and my bros car, when the same manifold and exhaust system was fitted on both cars...the only difference being the clamp points and a lighter flywheel.

However its free to tinker, so maybe worth a try
