Considering this 'Welding' was done only last year it hasn't lasted that long...

Got a funny feeling I might have to get a new sill for this Job....maybe not...but rats anyway

I've just under-sealed most of mine with tetrosyl. Most of it went on the sills, and under the new wing I put in.

Everyone should do it. It's a mucky job, but for the price you pay, you'll be thankful in the long run!!

i beg to differ with that, you CAN stop rust from spreading

Rust is oxidation afterall.
If air can't reach it, it shouldn`t be able to spread...technically...

you will only be able to slow it down, as there will be oxygen / moisture trapped in between the flakes it will carry on. unless you treat it (either cut it all out or use some of that anti rust gel stuff) then it will come back.
