Is my head knackered

I have just started to clean up the head ready for re-assembly and noticed this.
It's supposed to be from a 40k auto motor but it doesn't seem worth rebuilding like this.
What do you recon?

it's fine, all the important sealing surfaces like the cylinder fire ring and oil supply port looks clean n smooth, although the fine hairline scratches across the fire ring might affect sealing.
I usually get a new clean razer blade and very gently scrape it perpendicular across the surface to only remove just enough carbon, no more. u dont wanna dig and gouge the delicate finish from scraping at an angle.

the pitting is caused from lack of coolant change/quality over the long years were the coolant just errodes at the exposed head surfaces.

shoulda seen mine when I first started rebuilding
