Immobilser Help!

Hi Guys
This is my first post so be gentle please. I have not long bought a 2002 1.0 K11 and its fantastic but the battery went flat over the weekend. I charged it up but the immobliser light is flashing at me and it wont fire, it will turn but not fire. Any ideas on the problem and how I can solve it?

its all guess,,unless you get a 20 code reader

you can re-sync the k12 ones iirc, (some procedure where you turn the key so many times or something) the late k11 ones may be the same eh ?
