Help!

ok so i bought a central locking kit last week and whilst fitting it sunday which was going rather well upuntil it came to me fixing the 2 rods together with the clamps in the kit which two of 4 broke grr anybody know where i could get replacements or any ideas of how i can join the 2 rods??

i dont know but i had to use them bits you clamp the wire in,,,,inside a house hold electrical plug
them brass type you screw ,,,to secure the wire
sorry if this is totaly ####

ok so here's a pic of the actual clamp its self..

Not a worry, mate

Here is what you need to do:
1. Find a piece of steel, thick 0.5-1mm, 1 bolt and 1 nut.
2. Cut two identical rectangular pieces 3cm/1cm.
3. Drill a hole in the centre of both, as wide as the bolt is.
4. Bent a bit both ends of both pieces.

At the end the should look something like that

Bottom piece, bolt in the hole, rods both sides, top piece, nut, tighten and you're done
