Help! my micra was out of petrol and after filling it wont start!!

Today my micra is out of petrol ( i think) and after filling the petrol back in and it wont start.

any idea?

Did you prime it a few times?

I always prime 5-10 times if I ever run out.

its K11. it try to turn but wont start.

what is prime anyway??

"wont start" could be 1 of 100 causes, and i dont have a Chrystal ball
so lets start with........... is there a spark or any faultcodes ?

how about the fuel filter? sucked up all the junk from the bottom of the tank, hummm replace the filter

Is the battery a bit low from trying try turning it with jump leads on letting it pull fuel through
