My Micra wont start!

I have had a few issues in the past with my Nissan Micra starting. It hates the rain and would not start but returning after it had dried out, it would start ok. I replaced the battery, spark plugs and distributor cap and it seemed to be ok but then this week, it stalled and would not restart and it was completely dry. There has been no rain for several days. Has anyone got any ideas what might be wrong? Its a V reg, 1 litre.

Check that all the plug leads are connected properely.
What are the plugs reading as? Black? White? Tan?
Try running some redex or some other fuel system cleaner through it =) May help a little too.
