Handbrake light wont go off?!

So i tightened the handbrake to 3 clicks because it was REALLY loose and wasnt holding properly, Problem is now,
handbrake light on the dash wont go off, even when the handbrakes down!

what have i done D:

its usually the fluid level (needs to be near max)
