fitted my induction kit a couple of days ago along with my breather filter. its a universal filter i brought from knights bridge performance at JAE, its a replica of the blitzs sus filter, need to get a cold air feed and eventually gonna relocate it behind the battery. heres a pic.

throttle response is better, its a bit better panel filters are better tho i was gonna buy a panel filter but i found this.

would be good if somone brought a 1.6 nissan air box (e.g. primera or sunny)and put a panel filter in one of them and modify it to fit them micra. i wonder what that would do performance wise?

if the filter is put in a gd place, with lots of cold air, then it can just be as gd as a panel filter just try and keep all the pipes as far away from the engine as possilbe

it is, but only if you want a bit of induction noise. it won't do alot for performance on its own.

Only thing I noticed was the fuel going down...lol took mine out 3 months ago.

On my K&N 57i i've noticed better throttle response and yes a larger "running" noise. Come to think about it I better get it cleaned soon! LOL
