Hi chaps. I got Nissan micra 1996 1.3 SLX. I bought it last year october with 80,000 milage on it. Ever since I bought it had a problem where engine will just go off and it normally happens whenever I slow it down or turn.
One fine day it just stopped
. Had to call AA who noticef flooding and had to replace spark plugs. He also mentioned that may be its a faulty thermostat sensor that ask for more fuel to balance the temprature.
I then visited my local garage who as expected wasnt sure abt the problem and said it could be carborator or something else and he would have to open it apart. Ofcourse its not feasible option since his labour will cost me more then the car. So he nicely increased the accelerator and engine doest cut of now but problem is still there because I can see dancing RPM meter even when car is stationary.
Hoping someone had this problem at sometime and if solution can be suggested please.
