cheapest HID/Xenon kit from ebay

anyone has bought any cheap kit from ebay?
im talking about less than 30euros
(full kit 55w with ballasts.)

Yup, the beam pattern is rubbish but it's worked for over a year, I sold it to my bruv after a week but he still uses it.

On a halogen light in a standard fitting the beam cuts off flat at a certain point to stop blinding other drivers. Cheap HID lights don't cut off so well.

It;s illegal to use HID bullbs in a fitting designed for halogen bulbs.
