Sills and crossmembers as quoted above are the worst places a K11 will rot.
Cam chain rattle, a little chain rattle when cold is nothing out the ordinary, but when the engine is warm, this should go.
Usual signs of oil leaks, a little bit of oil around the cam chain cover is nothing out of the ordinary either. This may drip down and splashed around the LH side of the engine.
Thats about all I can think of.
