Bump / dent removal.

Hey people, I have a couple of dents in the boot door of my K11.

Looks like tha last owner backet it into a pole or something.

Theres one in the bumper but I plan on replacing that anyway so its of no concern.

My problem is that right above the bumper, there is a nasty dent, and again just above thenumber plate light thing.

I was wondering what would be involved in getting this sorted.

The top one could be popped out i think if I could get to it, but the bottom one is right on the boot lip and the whole lip is mis-shaped by it.

Anyone know if its possible to fix, professionally, how much Id be looking at etc, or if it would be easier just to get a new boot lid.

Thanks!

Be easier and cheaper to get a new boot lid. Down here I can pick up boots from my scrappy for about £40.

Thats what I'd do anyway

Always worth getting a quote from a SMART repairer, depending on the size of the damaged area... but in this case I'd agree, probably easier to get a full boot, if you can find one in a matching colour.

easy to fix with a bit of p38 filler and sand paper :D or you could just use a hammer ?it would prob look just as bad tho , if ya gunna replace it why not try before you buy?
