Firstly what are they and how do they work? if they are what i think they are is it worth spending £72 for one from micra sport website?

Unless you need to alter fuel pressure, then don't bother.

That is all they do!

What would consitute needin to alter fuel pressure? does it inprove bhp?

dont bother. Closed loop controll (in your ecu) will remove anything they do anyway.

Fair enough just wondered what they were my mate was talking about weather it was worth getting one or not and i just thought id ask. didnt think my ecu would have affected it though as my car is quiet old (im not good with electrics i just get zapped)
