blowing sound front engine

hi guys.
when i get into 5th gear and accelerate, there is a blowing noise coming from the engine. this is only when i am in 5th gear. any suggestion on what this blowing could be ???

same sound as an exhaust when that has blown, a deep sound. lol prob is the hamster runnin out off steam or the old person who previously had the car lol

i get the same after driving for a bit...a m8 said fuel pump or oil pump..some sort of pumpp XD
