Blower not working

Hey, you all Micra enthusiasts!

Just got a 08 1.5 dci couple of days ago, brilliant car!
Now just my luck, the other day when I started the car, the blower stopped working.

I had a look at the fuses, changed them, no difference.
Had a look at the two relays, swap between them, nothing whatsoever ( could both be dead? ).

Could it be the resistor pack?
Could that affect the blower not starting at all?

The AC engages when I select one of the speeds, however not the blower.

Is there anything else that I can try?

Cheers!

I had a Rats nest inside the blower itself, that was interesting to clean out. There is a pollen filter down the line that got clogged too so the blower worked but nothing came out.

My current problem is that the actual connection to the motor is iffy.

I end up taking the dash cover off( really easy, the two side pillar covers come off first and then the whole dash lifts out,) and I just wiggle the connector where it goes into the motor. Makes the motor work fine for a couple of months. If it dies in traffic, I just bang in the top of the dash, and if that fails I worm my hand in there and yank on anything I touch. Hasnt failed me yet.
I can send you a photo of where the thing sits if you need.
