hello again, have been told that the fault on my k11(blower only works on full blast) is a common fault.
if anyone has the same fault or has cured this please let me know, thanks.

Usually a replacement heater card fixes this problem?

Heater card? found the switch, motor,but no mention of a card please excuse my ignorance but where and what ?
