Annoying noise

Both my K10 and K11 make the noise. It's kinda a jingly, bell sound lol. Like a loose washer rattling on metal.
It seems to come from the gearbox or front passenger wheel area. I usually hear it around 20MPH and 2250 RPM and it gets worse with more people in the car.
Any ideas? it's really annoying

i have it sometimes on mine. heatshield? could also be the cat

jiggle your gearstick about. if the noise appears then its your heatshield

Heatshields make a more buzzy noise, ripped them off after my first drive in the car

might be what i have then. happens rarely but its like a bell noise. only when its cold though. i dont know what it is ...i think it could be the second cat as that where it looks like its coming from

Looks like I'll be tearing my cat off soon then, best wait til the MOT though lol

indeed lol even tho from what ive heard the second cat taken off will still pass emissions

Ive got it also on the 10 .

Its a joining ring from the middle rattling round the exhaust pipe.
