Annoying 'squeaky' noise on acceleration/gear changes

Been hearing this for a while now but lately it seems to be more apparent (maybe since the stiffer lowering springs went on?). Basically it's a squeaky noise on jerky acceleration/accelerating after gear changes (that said i've tried driving as smoothly as a limo and still managed to get it squeaking). But it does seem worse the more jerky the cars movement is. I've already ruled out back-box as the cause and it does sound like it's coming from the front of the car, maybe engine moving on its mounts? It's just beginning to really irratate me especially with the windows down and i'm sure it's audiable from outside of the car to pedestrians. I'd like to know what it is and how to stop it if possible!

Any ideas?

You've got to hear it i suppose to know what it's like but its not the brakes, although my breaks do squeak when i brake. But this is different, i might try and get a video or something to show it better.
