.9mm Camshaft upgrade without fueling upgrades?

Hi all, was a member many years ago but just been to look at another K11, the car i want to get has had .9mm high lift cams fitted without any fuelling mods, it also has a induction kit, 421 manifold and full exhaust system, just want to know if the cams will be safe with standard fuelling injectors etc, my thoughts would be it will be running very lean with the current mods?
any experience on this would be really appreciated

Yes will be wasting the power potential, but what would be the quickest and most economical fix to ensure the engine running at a safe AFR? I Know management tuning will have to be on the books later

my ghetto rising rate fuel reg worked fine on that spec, the bigger diaphragm on the reg pulled harder against the spring, so the fuel pressure dropped by half at low throttle/high mani vacuum (which enables you to run bigger injectors without the usual overfueling problems)
matt ran a proper fmu with similar results
