oil/filter change, New thermostat, tidied and painted induction piping pre turbo. Found vacuum leak (the blow off valve diaphram was broken, so pulled the BOV apart and replaced the diaphram with some old inner tube off a bike, screwed it all up, works a treat) Oh, even made a new dip stick...

well, its been off again.. was wondering why i'd blown the exhaust gasket.... until I pulled the manifold off... it was warped by 1.5mm .. got it refaced made a copper gasket and just finished remounting..all is ok, for now.....

I have now gone through 2 manifold gaskets on my turbo set up... what are the other turbo guys using in regards to exhaust gaskets... standard nissan gaskets or something else? I think the manifold has warped a bit(maybe) so I'll have to take it off (again!) and get it shaved and try again.
