should I bother?

This month I've replaced head gasket and water pump, yesterday drive-shafts, now looking to replace input bearing on gearbox.

I've been thinking of putting my turbo back in the car (just got to make a new dump pipe & heat shielding) on low boost 3-4psi for the meet on 18th December.

OR should i really tidy up the loose ends and take my time with:
- new intake manifold with SR20 throttle body(or quad bodies)
- sr20 MAF pre-turbo and a proper filter/intake shielding
- 2 small pumps/radiators for turbo
- water injection (everything purchased, just testing and installation required)
- variable ignition timing(kit built, only installation required)

or should i bother at all?
