Z10 Engine Question

I've a Z10 cube, a 99 one. It was originally a 1.3 like all z10's. A previous owner swapped out the 1.3 for a 1.0. I need to know if there were any differences between 1.0 and 1.3 in K11's? I've found one from a 94 and I need to know will it go back in without any issues.

I'd love to meet the guy that changed the engine and throw the 1.0 at him for the stupid mess of a job they did. lol

Back to this again. What do I have to do to fit a manual engine in to my auto car? I know from s14 conversions auto to manual though, you've to mess with an input bearing.

no input bearing muttly, and joe southgate did a conversion on his blog iirc, and a member on cisco.au too

I should have said I want to keep it auto. But all I can find are manual engines.

Anyone know where the engine code is on the block? Also will a 1.0 throttle body fit and work right on the 1.3?

aye, the only differences are the cams (and many differences on the coilpack engines)
