What ISO adapter?

Hi there, i joined a while back but i only just turned 17 and got my car which is a Micra K10! 1990 model :laugh:

The only problem is, i have no idea what ISO adapter to get, ive done numerous searches coming up with little and when i do find somehting there seems to be lots of different kinds of cables, so how do i know which one i should get? If anyone can help i would appreciate it.

cheers thanks! just bought one from there so hope so! i just took the radio out and its bare, the guy obviousely had his own radio in there before but now ive got this crappy mw and lw old radio in there and its only got like 2 wires going into it. Mega confused cause i dont know what im looking at really...
