Which ISO connector for my Micra S 5-door K11 (with pictures)

Pioneer bracket doesn't fit in Micra (too small!)

Hi, all I recently bought a Pioneer DEH-2220UB, and I came across a problem when trying to install it. I'm pretty sure I need an ISO adapter, but I need to know the exact one before I order it.

The connector that comes from my Micra:

The connector that comes out of the Pioneer HU:

I'm think this is the one I need but can someone confirm for me first please as I see that not all the pins match precisely, and I wonder whether this might cause some cables to not be connecting properly. PC2-13-4:

Finally, the socket where you plug the aerial cable in at the back of this Pioneer HU, seems to go quite some way in, but the aerial plug from the Micra has this end:

Would it just be a case of buying this aerial adapter, from say somewhere like Maplin?

Many thanks for reading if you got this far. I can't wait to get this HU installed! :)

your are definately right with the aerial adapter can also pick up some cheaper ones on ebay depending on how long you want to wait for it also halfords sell em,
as for the headunit iso adapter, not all the pins necessarily connect anyways as some cars would have steering controls etc. but im sure someone on here can confirm this for you!
good luck! (Y)

Update: Bah never mind, after much thought, I decided to go to B&Q to buy some 4mm screws that would fit the stereo, and use some bigger washers with it, so the original bracket stays on when screwed in :) Using the original bracket means my stereo is secured nicely in and won't fall down into the hole

Hi, thanks for your reply. Received the ISO and aerial adapters. Just plugged in my stereo and it works fine!

However I have no idea how to mount the stereo in. I cannot just slide in the mounting bracket into the space because its too big, has a gaping hole under it, and has nowhere I would be able to bend the metal bits in. Here are 2 photos I took to show you guys what I mean:

It seems I may have to use the bracket that came with the original stereo to mount it in? And forget about the bracket that came with my Pioneer. As shown here:

However the screws with the original bracket are too wide in diameter to go into the side of the Pioneer!!! Now I dunno whether to try make the screw holes on the Pioneer a bit wide to accomodate the original screws, or go and find some different screws for it (none of which were provided with my Pioneer). Unless of course, someone knows how I get the Pioneer bracket to fit into the large gap instead.

Oh, and it seems my left speaker ain't working. I tested it with both my old and new Pioneer stereo. I don't think I broke a wire or something when installing it earlier, at least I hope not. So it looks like I'll need to go and replace the front door speakers soon as well!
