video screen capture software

anyone know of / use any software that will allow me a make a good screengrab / thumbnail of a movie clip, needs to be fairly simple to use?

Pete turn off video overlay, then normal print screen will work.

no phaphing like that. download VLC media player. pause it on where you wanna take your screenie, right click and then press screenshot.

Gents, thanks for all your help, i needed something to take a series of shots through a video, and produce a thumbnail quickly, i've found something now that works great.
