I hate these sort of threads, they put too many ideas in my head, it's going to take a while before I get any sleep tonight. But just looking at some of these pictures I'm surprised no one has put the turbo where the battery is.

So, would she notice the difference in fuel consumption? lol

STOP IT!!!! there is no need to rub salt into an open wound!!! Our 'so called oil burner' don't do that on town runs, driven hard it doe urghhhmmmmmm bout 24 lol

Lol sorry but im impressed with my mpg. Especially when a few weeks ago before i got it mapped driving it safe gave me a maximum 25mpg :p i cannot wait for the next long distance trip to see what it can reach

i think i'd have to start with a 'clean, low mileage' example if i were to go down this route. The trolley that's on the drive is full of dents (including the roof) Stressing an old rusty shell is def a no no.......done that many years ago with an Astra and Calibra Turbo mating...................tried pulling the chassis apart lol!!!! Still, we have managed to get 2 Micra's on the drive for xmas (normally we barely get the E class on there) so there is a big plus there.................maybe we could have the family estate for pulling the caravan, the shopping trolly for taking the dents at Tesco....................and a sleeper, to scare the mother in law witless when she sticks her nose in lol
