Tightening The Hand Break And Adjusting The Clutch On A K11

Hi guys. I have a 1994 Micra 1.3 SLX manual that has only done 34000 from new how ever i have a few issues. The first one is that my Hand break seems a bit lose and to get it to hold my car i have to pull it right up to hold it. Is it hard for me to adjust the hand break? also how would i adjust it?

The next issue i have is my clutch. At the moment it is set extreemly hight this makes it quite unconftbile for me to drive as i am very tall. is it hard to adjust my clutch so it will bite lower? if so is it hard? and how do i do it?

all so dose anyone have a PDF of a Haynes manual that i could have, this isn't the first time that i could have done with one but being a student i struggle for money atm

you need the right "keywords" on this search function tbh, shoes, thumbwheel and russian should bring up plenty of threads
