might be the throttle body or lambda sensor. For me it was the lambda sensor, you could try unplugging it, it should stop the jerking but there will be a power loss. If it still jerks when the lambda is unplugged it is most likley the throttle body. Mine only started jerking wen i was the engine ws warmed up and been driving for about a mile.
