Super S Gear Ratios?

Anyone have any idea as to the gear ratio's on a super s? As far as i'm aware i have a standard box. Just curious as i was level with a 1.4L Pug 106 up untill mine topped out at 80mph a few nights ago and wanted to compare the relative gearing.

My super smoked my mate golf gti mk4 round the twisties near mine
Off topic but I was damn happy!
Pug 106 should have gotten owned! Why did you top out at 80? My 4 speed can do more than that

ok I will try to translate my german infos... btw. I think there are 2 5speed one. one short version (the old ma10s k10 like mine) and a long version (which should be your super s)
I am not sure about some terms and for some I could not find a proper translation

But yeah seriously dude if you are gonna race something in your micra, do it with something worth racing. Like a scooby or an m3, it's much more satisfying when you embaress the smug gits that drive em lol.

Must have left the handbrake on or something then. Either that or its really down on power. Think the Performance exhaust and 16" wheels have killed the top end somewhat. Would have smoked the pug in the bends tho.

It'll be the wheels, i had big alloys on mine for a while and they made the car noticably slower. Acceleration and top speed both suffered with those things on, so i put the stock rims back on and the power was back.
I also used to be in the habit of removing my spare wheel to save weight, it didn't do anything for the performance but it did save fuel.
You should be topping out at about 90 - 92mph, that's about the time that the carb and the inlet manifold say "sorry dude that's as much air & fuel as i can deliver"
