stupid question from a newbie :)

hey all! im new to this and to micras, im sharing my mums as i wrote my own car off! she has about as much knowledge as me when it comes to cars hense we have a bit of a problem! basically its been a looooooooooong time since shes put any coolant in and now its starting to over heat after very short periods of time often meaning i have to pull over to avoid the car blowing up!

can someone tell me where i put the coolant in as under the bonnet is pretty alien to me help would be much appreciated!

Blue circle is the rad top, don't open this when the car is hot.
Red it the header tank, this is where you can check the level and refil.

I had that when I first bought my K10. Thought I had a radiator leak but it turns out the water hadn't been topped up for ages and it took several goes to fill it and get the air out of the system :wasntme:
