starting issues

my micra wont start. have checked the following

1) spark: definitely sparking although plugs 1 and 3 are dirtier than 2 and 4
2) fuel: definitely fuelling through all 4
3) air: i was breathing in and out at the time so there was definitely air.
4) throttle body opens normally with cable. i did notice however, shining a light down the tb, there was significant fuel in the bottom of the inlet manifold.

is it possible i've flooded the system?

it started and ran this morning. i presume, as it had not run for 5 days, that when i tried to start it i flooded the inlet mani and the sparks got wet. still have problem though. cyinders 1 and 3 the spark plugs are very oily and look like they are running rich. 2 and 4 however are beautiful, nearly like theyve never been used. the car revs up well on partial throttle, but gassing it full throttle from idle in neutral, it bogs down and seems only to fire on 2 cylinders.

have run it with the original plugs, and the issue is the same. there is no notable change.
