Right i thought id get a thread up about this as its starting to worry me.
Basically when id put it in 4th or 5th just cruising if i floored it there'd be like a squealing noise. Didn't thin a lot of it just thought it was cause the car was struggling and had no momentum. However more recently its been doing it in lower gears like 2nd and 3rd. It only does it up to about 2k revs where the car has no momentum and its trying to pull. It also did it once when i was dst at some lights just idling, but only the once.
The revs dont seem to rise quicker than road speed so i dont think its the clutch slipping. It also sounds as if its coming from the offside of the engie bay, not sure if its just because of where im sitting.

P.s also can someone tell me how to tighten the PAS belt as i cant see it anywhere and the noise that thing makes on full lock is horrid
