scrap/break or try sell spares or repairs advice needed

i have a 1994 k11 its the 1L pre-facelift gearbox died and i cant get another to fit it so here's my dilema.

i can get a new car tomorrow but it means the micra has to go so would you suggest i try sell it as spares and repair, break it and sell the parts or just outright scrap it.

engine is good, mot 11 months just needs a box that will fit or someone wanting to do an engine swap or 1.3 box conversion.

i really have no clue what would be best but this close to xmas im open to suggestions on what i would be best off doing

i can get you pics of it all later and post them for you here, but from top of my head i can tell you there is a small ding in the one front wing driver side and a small rust patch starting to come through on the back under where the boot lid closes at the top. engine starts and sounds good (sounds good to me im no pro) mot done last month advisories are light corrosion on suspension mounts, noise on front wheel bearing (that was the gearbox not the wheel bearings they are less then 3 months old). and slight play in driver side lower ball joint.

im off to get another car in the next hour but i'll get pics and put them up here within the next few hours.

will be back on its wheels 2moz but without gearbox fitted, also noticed its got a ding at the back passenger side near the bumper you can see it in the pic.
