Rust repairs

Maybe a stupid question, but i figured who better to ask.
I have fairly minor body rust on my K11. One hole just below the window on the rear right door, and some minor bubbling under or around 3 door seals. The bubbling can be sanded, but what do i do about the hole? Weld something behind it and lash on car filler, sand, primer, paint?
And how would i get new paint to line up with the old paintjob if i’m sanding? Or would it be a case of painting the full panel?

Hi
Clean the rust away, this will leave a bigger repair than is currently visable.
Welding a fillet behind is good if you can get to it easily. Treat the area with cure rust or similar.
Then fill and sand back. (The hole could be bridged with fibreglass matting!!!)
Paint match can be an issue depends how much you want to spend/time available.
Paints4u.com have matched ok when I've used in the past.

Hello, I post here my experience because the title of a my own topic would be the same...
On my "few Euros" Micra K11, I found this:

After hand metal brush:

I don't like fiberglass on metal (the rust will soon strikes back), so my solution is to find a donor car in a junkyard and take a proper piece:

Cutting away the rust:

And the removal of all the metal and rust dust (it's fundamental, otherwise the rust starts again from the bottom):

Epoxy converter:

And after the converter, the trimming of new metal; use a magnet to assure a stable the position:

After welded (sorry... I forgot to take pictures), hard grinding:

After hard sanding, I applied several cover of polyester putty and spray filler to level:

A "replica" sealant as the original:

And, after fine sanding again and again, the paint:

About the paint: I ordered online a spray can with the code but the color is slight different due to the 21 years of sun on the rest of the car.
The costs:
New metal: 15 Euros
Polyester putty: 6
Spray filler: 6 Euros
Base color paint: 20 Euros
Transparent paint: 10 Euros
Sand paper and others: 8 Euros.
Hope to have been useful to whom may be interested in DIY
Bye.
