» CMF MemberOkay so it's well established that the rubber stopper on the brake pedal disintegrates and causes the brake lights to not turn off and it is known that it can be replaced with a similar stopper or a bolt or in one case apparantly a zip tie.
I assume there's a similar stopper on the clutch pedal as I have found new (old) bits of rubber floating around my feet after my clutch cable snapped. What is this stopper for and do I need to replace it now that it too has broken down?
