rear windscreen replacement

as you may have seen some torag smashed my rear window so im just wondering if its worth while changing just the window or just the full boot lid? and how would i go about replacing the screen?

its a bonded on screen mate like the front screen shouldnt be too much bother...

id reckon about 200 unless ur insurance coveres it

It shouldnt be too hard with it being smashed. If you can get your hands on some strong thin garden wire push it through the seal and work the wire back and forth (upwards/downwards) to cut through the seal. Some windscreen bonding and a new rear screen and plonk it on holding it in place with tape till dry

If it was me id do the screen but as scott is saying theres a bootlid that matches your colour that would be better

i can get a boot lid down my way for £30 inc glass and i dont really have any way of getting out that way
